Wonder Valley Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Here’s a polished California EVOO with a grassy, peppery profile, buttery depth, and a clean finish that makes it especially strong as a finishing oil. Very cool packaging, but the flavor is serious: vibrant enough for bread-dipping, vegetables, and last-minute drizzle, with enough structure to stand up on its own. Very clean, very pure.
Wonder Valley was founded by Alison and Jay Carroll, a husband-and-wife team who launched the brand in 2014 after Alison’s work in the California olive oil industry and her role at the California Olive Oil Council, where she oversaw the certification and tasting of 400+ California olive oils each year.
