We love this tin of high-quality, sustainably caught Azorean tuna. It has a unique, subtle ginger note, and meaty flakes in a rich olive oil, at once fresh, balanced and slightly exotic. A lot of the Santa Catarina range plays with these types of unusual settings and they're great.
