Excellent tinned fish with white anchovies (not the salty sort you find on pizzas), marinated in organic extra virgin olive oil with the addition of organic garlic, salt, and organic red pepper. Spread a layer of cream cheese or ricotta on toasted bread. Add the anchovies on top, sprinkle with fresh herbs like parsley or dill, and finish with a squeeze of lemon.
