Ati Manel Sardines in Tomato Sauce

Tinned fish from Ati Manel. Good flaky fish sauced with olive oil and tomato sauce. The tomato sauce brings a nice little zing of acidity that naturally pairs well with the oiliness of the fish. Great with a light-bodied red wine!
