These Cantabrian anchovies are big, meaty fillets in smoked organic extra virgin olive oil. Rich, buttery, salty (obv) and subtly smoky, these are too good for cooking with. Instead, eat them on buttered toast or in a sandwich with lettuce, tomato and onion.
