Third-generation Galician canners, and the Silver Line is where they let the fish speak. Mackerel fillets packed in olive oil and smoked olive oil - rich, firm flesh with a pleasant smokiness that never takes over, sweet more than fishy. Hand-packed, no preservatives or additives, limited production. Best served simply: crunchy bread, a cold crisp white, and not much else in the way.
