Made in Marin County from an organic sourdough starter, olive oil, and French grey sea salt. Light, flaky, and properly crisp, with a subtle savory flavor and the faint tang you only get from real sourdough. The bite-size format means no awkward cracker snapping over the cheese board. Our default vehicle for pate, and very good with anything creamy.
