Siblings Anthony and Christina Teav rebuilt their mom's garlic chili oil recipe during the pandemic - a family that came out of the Cambodian genocide, and two chefs with time at The French Laundry, State Bird Provisions, and Nyum Bai behind them. OG Heat is the hot one: cold-pressed grapeseed oil, garlic, chilies, onion, mushroom. Crunchy, deeply umami, proper spicy. No sugar, no preservatives.
