The Ferrigno cannery is a family-run business located between Marseille and Sete with over 70 years of experience. This tin shows classic menu flavours from France: organic mussels prepared with extra virgin oil, garlic and parsley. Best enjoyed tapas style they can also become a useful ingredient for a dish, tossed with a pasta or ladled over mashed potatoes.
