Lucia and Carlos Flors are from Valencia and run Siesta out of Los Angeles, with the tins produced in Galicia. This one is a collaboration with YUZUCO: Spanish mackerel in organic extra virgin olive oil with yuzu peel and green pepper. Rich and savory with a tender flake, then the yuzu kosho cuts straight through it with citrus and a little heat. Organic under EU rules. Straight from the tin, over rice, or on a salad.
