Galician mackerel fillets in olive oil with curry seasoning and chili - a genuinely unusual medley that works far better than it has any right to, with the curry warming the fish and the chili keeping it moving. Boneless, gluten free, and ready to go. Add it to a salad with chickpeas, or spoon it over rice with vegetables and a squeeze of lime.
