This tinned fish quickly became a favorite with us. Incredibly tender and delicate Branzino fillets that have been lightly grilled sit in olive oil. A model of simplicity and deliciousness. We've only ever eaten this right out of the can - it never lasts long enough for any sort of prep. Delicious.
