Hook-and-line caught albacore from the Bay of Biscay and South Africa, canned in Spain, then built out with dashi, gluten-free soy, fresh ginger, garlic, and a little sesame oil. Savory and deeply umami, with the ginger keeping the whole thing bright. MSC certified.
