Made by hand in a hundred-year-old bakery in Ashbourne, in the Derbyshire Dales - The Fine Cheese Co. is the only artisan cheese company we know of that owns its own bakery. Much thinner than a standard savory biscuit, with a clean snap, a faintly fruity olive oil richness, and the occasional burst of salt.
