Tinned fish. Silky, rich, flavorful cod in paté form. The perfect picnic tin, just needs crackers and maybe a dab of sour cream. Someone suggested using this in a Banh Mi, sounds like an excellent idea!
Side note: Patés never look good when you open the can but don't be alarmed. Just get a small knife to stir them up to bring them back to life.
