Gueyu Mar is Abel Alvarez's famous beachfront restaurant on Playa de Vega in Asturias, and everything they can goes over live coals first. This pate is razor clams chargrilled and then blended with extra virgin olive oil and nori - smooth, creamy, and carrying an intense clean taste of the sea with smoke behind it. Small tin, big statement. Spread it on a good cracker as an appetizer, or hide it inside a BLT and watch people go quiet, hehe!
