Tinned fish. Also known as sprats,Brisling sardines are a smaller variety of regular sardines. Don't let their itty-bitty size fool you - they still pack the same nutritional wallop as other sardine varieties. These are lightly smoked and then preserved in high quality rapeseed oil, with a little touch of heather and camomile. Really, these just need some good bread and a squeeze of lemon and you're in business!
