Tinned fish from Demark. Blåmuslinger (blue mussels) from the freezing cold waters of Limfjorden in Denmark. Beautiful, tasty little mussels in a marinade of cold pressed rapeseed oil, apple vinegar, dill and fennel seeds. These are great right out of the can or in a sandwich.
