It's rare to see this species presented as a tinned fish and Jose Gourmet have done an amazing job here as part of their ABC+ range. Wonderful fillets are laid into a creamy sauce with a gentle mint flavor and a hint of chili and mustard. The overall result is rich and creamy. Gently heat this and serve alongside some fresh veggies.
